The Environment
Working at Respond2 was a great experience for me.  The design studio was huge (by my experience) covering three floors and containing flash designers, java programmers, HTML/CSS coders, video editing suites, and many other web-design departments

The Work
Most of the work I did there was 'entry level': basic edits, HTML email template creation, image manipulation, etc. I was also put in charge of selecting, cutting and editing clips from the Johnny Carson show for use on his online store, and writing promotional copy for direct email campaigns.
